Accel Entertainment, Inc. is hiring an Inventory Control and Production Assistant in Billings, MT. You will oversee storage, organize inventory, track movements, perform audits, and support BOMs and assembly with production.

Strong attention to detail and MS Office skills are essential. Role requires forklift readiness or certification and a valid driver’s license; experience with NetSuite or Coupa is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Stock Management – oversee storage, organization, and distribution of inventory.
• Inventory Accuracy – track movements, count, audit, and resolve discrepancies.
• Record keeping – maintain stock level records, serial numbers, and related docs.
• Process improvement – contribute to inventory process improvements and efficiency.
• Collaboration – work with purchasing and production to ensure stock levels.
• Create pick sheets and pull orders; manage BOMs and assemble parts with production help.

For more information, please visit www.accelentertainment.com.**Job Description****:**Stock Management – oversee the storage, organization, and distribution of inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels. • Inventory Accuracy – track inventory movements, preform regular inventory counts and audits, investigate and resolve any discrepancies or losses. • Record keeping – maintain accurate records of stock levels, inventory changes, serial numbers, and related documentation, ensuring everything is tracked in the right month. • Process improvement – contribute to the continuous improvement of inventory processes, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency. • Collaboration – works closely with purchasing team and manufacturing to ensure adequate stock levels. • Create pick sheets and pull systems orders and parts for releases. • Manage BOM’s (Bill of Materials) • Assemble parts and kits as needed with the help of production. • All other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS • High School Degree or equivalent • Attention to detail • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to multitask and problem-solve • Strong understanding of Microsoft suite • Strong knowledge of accounting programs (NetSuite and or Coupa preferably) • Collaborative skills • Dependable • Must have valid driver’s license and proof of insurance • Able to operate forklift or willing to be certified • Previous work with inventory is preferred PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT • Frequently required to stand, sit, walk, talk, and hear • Frequently required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel, or crawl • Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity, including calculating figures and use of a keyboard • Occasionally required to lift/push weights up to 100 pounds with assistance of hand truck. • Specific vision abilities required for this job include close, distance, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust or focus • Exposure to moving mechanical parts, high places, and outside weather conditions • Protective clothing or equipment is required that may include gloves, helmets, steel-toed boots, or protective eyewear • Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate • Exposure to outside weather conditions when traveling • Noise level in the work environment is usually moderateCGTGaming**Base Pay Range****:**$24.00-$26.00*This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position.
