Job summary

Full Circle Co is seeking an Inventory Control Analyst to monitor accuracy and drive improvements in data integrity across processes. This role analyzes discrepancy root causes through audits, cycle counts, and location checks, then translates findings into focused process improvements.

You will support management with reports and analyses from audits and counts, and collaborate with operations to enhance inventory control practices.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in supply chain or related field.
• Experience with inventory control in manufacturing environments.
• Experience with cycle counting and physical counts.
• Familiarity with AS400 ERP and MRP systems.
• Strong written communication and technical writing skills.

The Inventory Control Analyst supports monitoring and improvement activities that ensure system accuracy and data integrity.Assists management through analysis and reporting of data from process audits, cycle counts, physical counts, and location audits.Monitors the execution of key processes that affect accuracy performance.Provides detailed analysis inventory discrepancy root causes to support focused process improvements.

• Two-year degree in supply chain-related field is desirable.
• APICS CPIM certification.
• Experience with AS400 ERP system.
• Familiarity with MS Visio application.
• Experience in a Lean manufacturing environment.
• Technical writing skills for procedures and training materials.
