Job summary

Jabil, a global engineering, supply chain and manufacturing partner, seeks an Inventory Analyst to monitor and optimize inventory levels at the CVG site. You will review cycle counts, analyze discrepancies, and drive improvements across material flow and financial reporting.

You will lead a team of analysts, collaborate with managers and operations, and use Jabil software to deliver accurate inventory data and actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Ability to present information to groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil’s software packages.

Responsibilities

• Review and follow-up of Cycle Counts.
• Analyzes discrepancies.
• Provides Solutions to Workcells.
• Analyzes performance metrics such as down time, inventory adjustments, rework list, Backflush integrity, material returns, line inventory.
• Reviews Material flow.
• Authorizes adjustments of inventory discrepancies.
• Provides follow-up on Financial Reports (Backflush variations, consumption, etc.).
• Reviews RMA Processes.
• Leards a team of other Inventory Analysts.
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
