This contract, onsite role focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating shipping/receiving, and resolving discrepancies to ensure smooth material flow. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years in inventory or warehouse roles, strong organization, and problem-solving skills, with experience using ERP and inventory systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two to five years of inventory or warehouse experience.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to prioritize assignments and work with minimal supervision.
• Reliable personal transportation for daily onsite work in New Hudson.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment as needed.
• Conduct cycle counts, investigate variances, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Oversee receiving activities, including documentation and system updates.
• Coordinate and execute shipping schedules, including carrier selection.
• Ensure materials are packaged and labeled correctly and shipments meet applicable requirements.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Resolve discrepancies involving shipments, returns, and stock levels.
• Train and support entry-level inventory staff.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to support material flow.
• Follow company policies and workplace safety standards.

Pay Rate: $34.78 per hour

Employment Type: Contract

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. | 40 hours per week

Work Arrangement: Fully onsite
