Job summary

Imperial Brady is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to maintain accurate stock levels and ensure efficient warehouse flow. You will track inventory, maintain ERP records, and coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to support operations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience preferred; entry level considered.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift certification preferred; all employees will be certified on hire.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and pickers is a plus.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies with root-cause analysis.
• Maintain inventory records in ERP and track adjustments and variances.
• Generate and analyze inventory reports (e.g., backorder, variances).
• Collaborate with warehouse and purchasing to address issues and priorities.
• Monitor shrinkage and theft; escalate unresolved issues.
• Document audits to meet compliance and support continuous improvement.
