Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Inventory Control Analyst to provide reporting and analytics to maintain inventory accuracy, analyze variances and ensure compliance with SLAs in an eCommerce Fulfillment Center.

Roles include monitoring contract requirements, supporting site leadership with timely reporting, and developing insights into inventory metrics and root causes of errors. This is a full-time position with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent 4 years experience.
• Knowledge of inventory control or reporting & analysis is preferred.
• Knowledge of systems such as JDA, Manhattan WMS, DMPLUS, SAP is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide reporting and analytics associated with maintaining inventory accuracy, variance root cause analysis & trending and compliance with contractual SLAs/KPIs.
• Ensure customer inventory control accuracy and shrink contract requirements / SLAs are monitored and reported timely to site leadership.
• Participate in the review and analysis of site inventory processes and systems.
• Provide required documentation to customer, customer’s financial statement auditor or regulatory auditor in support of compliance requirements.
• Develop subject matter expertise regarding: operational and systemic flow of inventory through the fulfillment center; inventory accuracy and supply chain metrics; contractual SLAs and KPIs.
• Develop metrics, measurements and reporting to provide Operations and Leadership with better insights into: Inventory Accuracy; Compliance with contractual SLAs/KPIs; Most critical process failures contributing to inventory errors; Cross-functional root cause & remediation of aged: Virtual, Locked and Lost inventory; Short Shipments; Aged Tasks; etc.
• Participate in identifying and resolving variance between WM and customer host system

The Inventory Control Analyst role has a national salary range of $55,000 - $90,000.

For roles within California the range is $70,304 - $90,000, Washington is $80,169 - $90,000, New York is 62,354 - $90,000 and Colorado 57,500 - $90,000.
