As a Inventory Control Analyst, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting inventory accuracy and process improvement initiatives. What's the Job?
Ensure security and accountability of inventory through transaction documentation, process and procedure verification, and system review.
Conduct physical inventories and lead cycle count programs to maintain inventory accuracy.
Analyze inventory discrepancies, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions when appropriate.
Audit incoming and outgoing shipments to verify quantity, quality, and transaction accuracy.
Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation for data entry and reporting purposes.
What's Needed?
3-5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of inventory management practices, cycle counting, and reconciliation processes.
Experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, or inventory software.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
