The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and excellent teamwork skills to align with the organization.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management practices, cycle counting, and reconciliation processes.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, or inventory software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to resolve discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure security and accountability of inventory through transaction documentation, process and procedure verification, and system review.
• Conduct physical inventories and lead cycle count programs to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Analyze inventory discrepancies, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Audit incoming and outgoing shipments to verify quantity, quality, and transaction accuracy.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation for data entry and reporting purposes.
