Job summary

Coupang is seeking inventory management personnel to handle discrepancies and conduct cycle counts within a fast-paced work environment. Responsibilities include systemically accounting for inventory and removing expired products.

Candidates must have effective communication skills and physical abilities to stand long hours, lift heavy weights, and work collaboratively. A high school diploma or equivalent experience in inventory control is preferred. Hourly pay ranges from $18 to $21 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Able to stand for 10+ hours.
• Must be able to bend and lift up to 60 lbs.
• Capable of pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs of exerted force.

Responsibilities

• Account for all items in a single location and fix quantity discrepancies.

Job description

Role Overview

Reconciles discrepancies in inventory. Performs miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned including but not limited to data entry, consolidation, physical location checks.

What You Will Do

Cycle Counts

• Systemically account for all items that are physically in a single location and fix any quantity discrepancies that exist in the FC using a PDA device.

Expiry Pull

• Remove expired product from inventory using the adjustment function. A list is provided to determine which product will be pulled based on the each item’s shelf life.

Audits

• Check put aways to correct discrepancies and any poor quality put aways found.

Adjustments

• Utilize the adjustment function to correct discrepancies when needed and fulfill production needs.

Consolidation

• Move product from one location to another utilizing a PDA.
