Job summary

Imperial Distributors, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Associate in Worcester, MA. You will identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, perform cycle counts using the pick module, and operate RF scanners across warehouse locations.

The role requires basic math, ability to read and write simple notes, and a high school diploma or GED. Monday–Friday schedule, with potential floater to other Imperial warehouses and strict safety adherence.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cycle counting and inventory control processes.
• Ability to read simple instructions and write basic notes.
• Proven ability to work with basic math and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Drive cherry picker (PIT).
• Use RF technology scanner to count location ranges.
• Research exception reports and prevent recurrence of issues.
• Support multiple warehouse departments with inventory accuracy.
