Job summary

Mama’s Creations, Inc. is seeking experienced Warehouse Associates for all shifts at two locations in Farmingdale, NY.

The role involves packing, labeling, picking, stocking, inventory, shipping, receiving, loading, and temperature checks, with forklift operation required to move product safely and efficiently. Requirements include 1+ year warehouse experience, forklift capability, and NetSuite experience; food/refrigeration experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in warehouse operations including packing, labeling, picking, stocking, inventory, shipping, receiving.
• Must be able to operate a forklift.
• NetSuite experience is required.
• Food/refrigeration/perishables experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pack, label, pick and stock products; manage inventory and coordination of shipping/receiving.
• Operate forklift safely and efficiently to move materials.
• Monitor temperature before and after stocking the product to maintain quality.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies; keep work area clean and organized.

A busy food manufacturer has an excellent opportunity for experienced Warehouse Associates on all shifts.

Candidates must have 1+ years of experience in all facets of warehouse operations, including: packing, labeling, picking, stocking, inventory, shipping, receiving, loading, and taking temperature before and after stocking the product. etc., and be able to operate a forklift. Candidates must be extremely dependable, organized, and safety-conscious. NetSuite experience is required.

Food/refrigeration/perishables experience is highly preferred. Must be able to safely perform all physical requirements of the job, including extensive standing, walking, bending, lifting, carrying, and equipment operation.
