Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to support our fast-paced distribution warehouse in the Baltimore area. You will help maintain inventory accuracy, operate order pickers and reach trucks, and use RF scanners to verify locations.

This role requires the ability to lift 75+ lbs, work at heights up to 30 feet, and pass a background check and drug screening. Schedule is Monday–Friday, with overtime and occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous experience operating order pickers and/or reach trucks required.
• Comfortable working at heights of 30+ feet.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs consistently.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• RF scanner experience is a plus.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate order pickers, reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Use RF scanners to track and verify product locations.
• Conduct bin audits, location checks, and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Verify product quality and apply quality labels as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily goals.

Inventory Control Associate

Pay: $18.00-$20.00/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:45 PM
Overtime: Available daily (up to 5pm) and mandatory Saturdays as needed
