Daniel Defense is seeking an Inventory 1 to maintain accurate inventory levels and organization on the shop floor in our Black Creek, GA facility. You will manage stock, perform cycle counts, and support order fulfillment while upholding safety and 6S standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED plus 1+ year experience in a warehouse setting; forklift operation is required with training provided, and proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED with 1+ years in warehouse/shipping and receiving or related experience.
• Strong math and analytical abilities; clear written and verbal communication.
• Teamwork is essential; ability to work proactively with others and manage time under deadlines.
• Attention to detail and excellent record-keeping; ability to work independently and retain pace under pressure.
• Forklift operation ability; training provided; proficient with MS Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).

Responsabilités

• Maintain inventory accuracy and levels on the shop floor.
• Keep work areas clean and organized according to 6S principles.
• Rotate stock using FIFO and ensure proper lot separation.
• Refill carts daily for next day’s work; place parts and finished goods on shelves and bins.
• Receive inventory daily and update bin labels with counts.
• Assist with monthly cycle counts and report discrepancies between counts and records.
• Collaborate with Order Fulfillment and fill in when needed.
• Demonstrate commitment to safety, 6S, quality, delivery and productivity.
