Job summary

Providence is seeking a materials management professional to coordinate the procurement of supplies and services for the CVIL, while maintaining cost effectiveness and adherence to policy.

The role will involve inventory management, data analysis, and supporting the hospital’s mission-centered care. Experience in material management in healthcare is required; a strong emphasis is placed on integrity and teamwork within the Providence system.

Qualifications

• 1 year Experience in material management (inventory, stocking, purchasing) or related health care field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the procurement of supplies and services in a cost effective manner (Value Analysis).
• Maintains the Materials Management Inventory System and adheres to hospital policies and procedures.
• Conducts analysis and/or researches goods and services as needed by the Cardiovascular and Interventional Lab (CVIL).
