Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC is seeking an administrative, data-entry oriented team member to support site management and the corporate office in Illinois. The role combines office and warehouse duties in a fast-paced environment.

You will enter daily information into Capstone systems, prepare shipments to the corporate office, and assist with clerical tasks while promoting a high-performance culture and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform accurate data entry.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, inventory and clerical support to Capstone site management and corporate office
• Perform data entry of daily information into Capstone systems
• Prepare shipments to corporate office and receive and distribute return communications
• Other duties as assigned
