Job summary

Phat Panda in Worcester, MA seeks an organized Inventory Clerk to support daily inventory operations at our Worcester location. This full-time role offers $20.00 per hour and opportunities for growth within a growing cannabis company.

Responsibilities include receiving, counting, and organizing inventory; tracking with METRC; reconciling records; packaging and labeling support; maintaining documentation; and preparation for audits. Must be 21+ and able to pass state requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of inventory, warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or related experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to accurately enter and maintain inventory information.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management systems.
• METRC experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience working in a regulated industry is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to meet Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission employment requirements.

• Organize packaging, supplies, and other non-cannabis materials.
• Maintain clean, organized, and secure inventory storage areas.
• Assist with inventory counts and periodic audits.
• Follow company procedures for inventory handling, storage, and recordkeeping.
• Communicate inventory issues, discrepancies, and supply needs to management.
• Perform other inventory and warehouse duties as assigned.

Schedule
