Job summary

Cencora is seeking a warehouse support role in the US to support AmerisourceBergen distribution services. The four-day workweek runs Monday through Friday, with early start times of 5am or 6am and completion as work ends.

The position offers a $24.89/hour starting wage with a sign-on bonus of $2,000 and additional incentives. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years in warehouse or distribution operations, and CSCP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation to preserve complete and accessible operational records.
• Enters warehouse data to capture inventory movements, order status, and shipment activity accurately.
• Routes materials, orders, and exception items through the appropriate workflows to support timely processing.
• Prepares reports on inventory status, shipment activity, and recurring operational issues for routine review.
• Updates records related to stock balances, storage locations, and transaction activity to maintain control accuracy.
• Answers routine operational inquiries from internal and external contacts to provide status support and execution clarity.

Job Details

This role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business.

Summary of Role:

$2000 sign on bonus - Productivity bonus paid out on every paycheck.

Shift Details:

Four workdays per week scheduled between Monday-Friday, with one scheduled day off during that period. Shifts begin at 5am/6am with shifts ending upon completion of work.

Pay Details:

Pay starting at$24.89/hr and a variety of earning opportunities including shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses.

• Uses judgment to follow detailed procedures, troubleshoot routine exceptions, and upscale issues appropriately.
• Communicates effectively to coordinate corrections and share discrepancy details with relevant stakeholders.
• Uses basic computer and scanning tools to complete checks and maintain accurate records.

*This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
