Job summary

Erdos Miller Inc. is seeking an Inventory Clerk to manage inventory for our oilfield product line across multiple internal warehouses. You will handle data entry, ship and process orders, and ensure accurate part receiving from vendors and customers.

The role focuses on maintaining accurate bin locations, printing labels, and placing parts into their designated bins, with a stretch goal to learn overall production flow.

Qualifications

• Experience as an inventory clerk or in a similar role.
• Proficient in data entry and order processing.
• Familiar with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
• Ability to print inventory labels and assign bin locations.

Responsibilities

• Navigate and perform data entry in NetSuite.
• Complete shipping and order processing for domestic and international customers.
• Receive parts into the warehouse from vendors and customers.
• Manage inventory for multiple projects across internal warehouses, including verifying part numbers and quantities, ensuring bin locations, printing inventory labels, and placing parts in their bins.
• Stretch goal: understand the overall production process flow for primary product lines.

Within 90 Days, You Can Expect To

• Navigate and perform data entry in NetSuite
• Complete shipping and order processing, getting products from our warehouse to customers both domestically and internationally
• Receive parts into our warehouse from both vendors and customers
• Manage inventory for multiple projects across multiple internal warehouses, including:
  • Verifying part numbers and quantities
  • Ensuring all parts have assigned bin locations
  • Printing inventory labels
  • Placing parts in their corresponding bins
• Stretch goal: Understand the overall production process flow for our primary product lines
