Job summary

Cencora in Elizabethtown, PA is seeking a warehouse support professional to maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation, ensuring accurate operations. This role supports timely processing and accurate records across storage locations and transaction activity.

• CSCP certification or equivalent preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation to preserve complete and accessible operational records.
• Enters warehouse data to capture inventory movements, order status, and shipment activity accurately.
• Routes materials, orders, and exception items through the appropriate workflows to support timely processing.
• Prepares reports on inventory status, shipment activity, and recurring operational issues for routine review.
• Updates records related to stock balances, storage locations, and transaction activity to maintain control accuracy.
• Answers routine operational inquiries from internal and external contacts to provide status support and execution clarity.

Required experience: 2+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.

Nice to have: Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred.
