Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring for an Auditor in Texas, working the Weekend Nights Shift (Thu 4p-2:30am, Fri-Sun 5:00pm-5:00am). The role focuses on accurate checking and counting of inbound/outbound product, ensuring there is no damage, infestation, or mis-shipments, and proper recording of production dates and counts.

Qualifications

• Must meet material handling equipment certification requirements
• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
• 6 months warehousing/material handling experience, preferred

Responsibilities

• Verified inbound and outbound shipments by counting product, comparing against manifests and customer orders, inspecting for damage or discrepancies, and reporting shortages, damages, and mis-shipments.
• Operated forklifts and material handling equipment to safely load, unload, and move merchandise while maintaining warehouse safety, security, and cleanliness standards.
• Conducted inventory-related activities, including physical counts and shipment documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient warehouse operations.
• Count all inbound product, compare to manifest, and check all shipments for damage, infestation, and production code dates before product is stored.
• Report shortages, damages, and mis-shipments on appropriate forms and forward to appropriate party.
• Sign for inbound shipments or accept signature for outbound merchandise due to a special request.
• Check contents of outbound freight as filled and assembled by warehouse personnel.
