Job summary

PICS Inventory is hiring Inventory Counter/Auditors in Gastonia, NC. These roles offer part-time or career opportunities with travel to various retail sites and the chance for advancement within the company.

Starting pay is $15.00+ per hour, with raises based on productivity and additional responsibilities. Shifts are typically 5–7 hours, with potential for overtime for team leaders or drivers. Transportation to sites is provided if outside the 30‑mile radius.

Qualifications

• Must be available for first and/or third shifts.
• Must have reliable transportation within 30 miles of district office.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Employment contingent on an approved Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and ability to drive company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Count inventory at retail locations in the Gastonia, NC area.
• Travel to different cities within the district as scheduled.
• Maintain accuracy and deliver efficient, friendly service to store associates.
