Agile Staffing Groups is seeking 12 detail-oriented Inventory Auditors to support a 60-day onsite Aircraft Parts Inventory Audit Project in Oklahoma City, OK. Auditors will locate, identify, count and document about 45,000 parts.

Candidates must have experience in physical inventory and strong attention to detail; proficient with Excel and inventory systems; able to work onsite for the full 60 days.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in physical inventory, warehouse inventory, asset auditing, stock auditing, or inventory reconciliation.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to read and record numbers, part numbers, and serial numbers accurately.
• Basic to intermediate Excel/spreadsheet skills.
• Comfortable using inventory computers, scanners, tablets, or systems.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

Agile Staffing Groups is seeking 12 detail-oriented Inventory Auditors to support a 60-day onsite Aircraft Parts Inventory Audit Project in Oklahoma City.

Inventory Auditors will physically locate, identify, count, and document approximately 45,000 aircraft parts throughout the warehouse. The information collected will support the client's transition to a new financial system, making accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail critical to the success of the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Physically locate and inventory aircraft parts throughout the warehouse.
• Accurately record part numbers and unique identifying information.
• Record serial numbers, lot/batch numbers, and quantities, when applicable.
• Document warehouse locations and storage information.
• Record manufacturer information and other required identifying details.
• Document part condition and other required inventory attributes.
• Compare physical inventory against existing inventory records.
• Identify duplicate, missing, unidentified, damaged, obsolete, or questionable items.
• Perform recounts and additional verification when discrepancies are identified.Enter inventory information accurately into spreadsheets, scanners, tablets, or designated inventory systems.
• Follow established inventory, audit, safety, and quality-control procedures.
• Meet established daily productivity and accuracy targets.
• Report discrepancies, exceptions, and unusual findings to the Inventory Team Lead.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with all applicable site security and safety requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in physical inventory, warehouse inventory, asset auditing, stock auditing, or inventory reconciliation.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to accurately read and record numbers, letters, part numbers, and serial numbers.
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel/spreadsheet skills.
• Comfortable using computers, barcode scanners, tablets, or inventory systems.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to meet daily production targets without compromising accuracy.Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Oklahoma City for the entire 60-day project.

Preferred Qualifications

• Aircraft parts or aviation inventory experience.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, military, FAA, or government environments.
• MRO inventory experience.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP/inventory systems.
• Experience handling serialized, controlled, or high-value inventory.
• Previous experience conducting large-scale physical inventories or inventory reconciliations.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable performing repetitive, accuracy-sensitive inventory work in a warehouse environment. Experience with aircraft parts, aerospace, aviation, defense, or other regulated inventory is a strong plus.
