Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the inventory process.
• Accurate counting skills and attention to detail.
• Data entry proficiency.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office systems (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Prior leadership experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience as an inventory crew member.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory execution and audits across store locations.
• Monitor handheld scanning devices and ensure synchronization with store systems.
• Verify counts, scan accuracy, and review fast-food inventory data.
• Investigate variances and lead closing conferences with store leadership.
• Document audit outcomes with photos and system screenshots.
• Schedule monthly audits and coordinate transportation for crew members.
• Submit weekly payroll data and support inventory training activities.
• Uphold Royal Farms' Loss Prevention standards.
