Job summary

Aritzia is expanding its Inventory Management team in Retail. As an Inventory Associate, you will help move merchandise between distribution centers, stores, and clients, while maintaining orderly back rooms and accurate stock levels.

You will contribute to seamless retail operations and support cross-channel shopping experiences, with responsibilities spanning window installations, fitting rooms, supplies, and technology support.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently and accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments to and from distribution centers, stores, and clients.
• Strategically place product in the back room to balance stock and ensure ideal quantities.
• Uphold product display standards and ensure correct stock levels and placements.
• Support omni-channel service management for seamless cross-channel shopping experiences.
• Contribute to all retail space operations including window installations, fitting rooms, supplies, and tech support.

THE ROLE

• Efficiently and accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments to and from our distribution centers, from store to store, and to our clients
• Strategically place product in the back room, ensuring product is evenly distributed to achieve optimal balance and stocked at the ideal quantities
• Uphold the standards of product display, ensuring the right product is in the right place per the right stock level
• Enable seamlessly integrated cross-channel shopping experiences by supporting with omni-channel service management
• Support in the seamless operations of all aspects of the retail space, including window installations, fitting room operations, supplies and equipment management, and technology support
