Job summary

System One is seeking an Inventory Associate II - A in Van Horn, TX, to support fulfillment and inventory operations. The role requires experience with material handling equipment, strong attention to safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include receiving, inspection, inventory control, packaging, storage, shipping, and data entry into inventory systems. Candidates should have 3+ years of warehouse experience and EPJ/forklift operation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse, receiving or inventory experience, preferably in aerospace or automotive industries.
• Electronic pallet jack experience.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Strong safety adherence and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Support fulfillment and inventory operations through receiving, inspection, inventory control, packaging, storage, shipping, and material movement activities.
• Evaluate, monitor, and elevate roadblocks to prevent downstream defects, supporting continuous improvement.
• Operate a non-CDL company vehicle to transport materials between locations.
• Use equipment such as EPJs, forklifts, reach-trucks, and turret-trucks safely and according to procedures.
• Receive shipments, unload deliveries, and visually inspect packages for SOP compliance.
• Document receipts and update inventory systems per standard procedures.
• Input data into inventory management systems for fulfillment tasks.
• Identify and apply appropriate packaging for parts and secure storage.
• Move, sort, and stage packages and containers to prevent loss.
• Label parts with identifiers per SOPs and audit stored quantities.
