Banner University Tucson is seeking an Inventory Associate to support the Supply Chain Services team. You will take daily stock of par carts, restock to par levels, and collaborate with department staff to ensure essential supplies are available for patient care.

This entry-level role emphasizes accuracy, customer service, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospital environment, with a day shift from 6:30am to 3:00pm, Monday through Friday.

Qualificações

• Understanding of inventory management tasks and ability to use computer-based inventory systems.
• Good data entry and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Takes daily inventory of the assigned storage area (Par Carts) and restocks to par levels.
• Monitors usage and prepares utilization reports; consults with staff to adjust inventory.
• Procures special supply needs and assists with equipment procurement as needed.
• Serves as a knowledge resource for staff on supply methods and goods.
• Works independently under supervision and represents the organization when interfacing with vendors.
