Job summary

WIS Inventory Solutions is seeking an Inventory Associate to join our Travel Team, working part-time with travel to customer locations across the region. Expect weekly pay and paid training as you count, scan, and verify inventories at major retailers.

Requirements include being 18+, willing to travel up to 4 nights per week, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Prior retail or warehouse experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to stay in hotels up to 4 nights per week, at employer expense.
• No inventory experience required; friendly, trainable candidates welcome.
• Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales Representatives, Picker, Packer, Driver and/or Warehouse work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel weekly to customer locations to scan barcodes and provide accurate inventory data.
• Support inventory accuracy and data reporting for large retailers.
• Maintain safe, professional conduct while on the road and at customer sites.

WIS Inventory Associate – Travel Team Job Preview

The WIS Travel Team works predominantly with the world’s largest retailer, providing that organization exceptional Inventory Solutions support. The Travel Inventory Associate will travel with the team weekly to customer locations across their region. You will scan the barcodes for the current inventory at Customer locations to provide them with proper inventory information that will assist them in making better business decisions and better supporting their customers! Team Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age

Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking; the ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions; the ability to frequently be in low level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching; the ability to frequently use a ladder; the ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.; the ability to frequently travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays (3-5 days a week)
