Framebridge in Winchester, VA is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Associate to load and unload materials using a forklift, move items to storage and production areas, and keep the floor stocked for the manufacturing teams.

You will contribute to safe operations, maintain accurate records, and support supply chain flows, with emphasis on attention to detail, teamwork, and timely communication in a fast-paced environment.

• 1 year of experience as forklift operator or similar role.

Responsibilities

The Role

A Warehouse Inventory Associate is responsible for safely using a Forklift to load and unload materials and deliveries moving them to and from storage areas, machines and loading docks. They are also responsible for ensuring the production floor is fully stocked, anticipating the needs of the production teams they support.

As Inventory Associate, You Will

Inventory

• Unload and store materials in their appropriate locations
• Identify and report damages upon unpacking to leadership
• Report shortages and quality deficiencies to leadership

Supply Chain Support

• Coordinate the movement of materials to and from storage areas, machines, and loading docks
• Anticipate production team needs to ensure uninterrupted workflow
• Communicate proactively with leadership regarding any supply or quality concerns
• Support the overall flow of materials from receiving through to the production floor

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as forklift operator or similar role
• Working knowledge of industrial equipment
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Self-motivated problem-solver
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills with ability to identify and resolve problems
• Good time-management skills

Salary Information

The base salary is $19hr, plus potential performance bonuses. Final compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and location.
