Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Coordinator, Inventory Management to track and manage the accuracy of product inventories. You will process returns and recalls, ensuring orders are fulfilled on time and communicating cross-functionally with teams to minimize financial impact.

Responsibilities include using Pyxis and CIMs to restock, monitor expiration, recalls, and maintain organized stock locations. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years experience preferred.

• Maintain stock locations, including inventory rotation, expiration monitoring, product recall management, and organization.
• Monitor inventory levels and respond to low stock or quality concerns.

Shift: Monday-Friday from 5:30am to 2:00pm (Mandatory overtime base on business need)

Pay rate: $19.00 per hour

What Inventory Management Contributes To Cardinal Health

Inventory Management is accountable for the design and execution of demand planning and customer forecasting systems, supply planning, product deployment and expediting processes, and the development and implementation of a stocking optimization model to minimize costs and inventory while delivering on service requirements.

Job Summary

The Coordinator Inventory Management is responsible for tracking and managing inventory accuracy of products. This job processes returns and recalls related to distributed products and fills out necessary paperwork as needed. The Coordinator, Inventory Management plays a critical role in ensuring customer orders are filled on time and accurately. This job tracks the financial impact of inventory levels and frequently communicates cross functionally with internal teams.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred.1-2 years’ experience.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to support accurate documentation (preferred).
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Pyxis and CIMs systems to restock inventory and conduct inventory tracking functions.
• Maintain stock locations, including inventory rotation, expiration monitoring, product recall management, and overall organization and cleanliness.
• Monitor inventory levels and respond with urgency to low stock or quality concerns.
• Collaborate closely with clinical nurse managers, logistics teams, and nursing staff to support operational needs.
• Safely lift up to 50 pounds and push or pull loads of up to 200 pounds.
• Maintain flexibility to work overtime as needed, including on short notice.
