Job summary

Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope in Waxahachie, TX is seeking a warehouse inventory associate to track and manage stock levels within our logistics network. You will perform data entry, maintain records, and participate in cycle counts to ensure accuracy across all locations.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 50 pounds, and collaborate with a skilled team to support shipping, receiving, and inventory control. Prior basic Excel and data-entry skills are helpful.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of warehouse or inventory experience preferred.
• Basic computer and data entry skills; Excel experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Track and maintain inventory records in inventory management systems.
• Perform accurate data entry of inventory transactions.
• Assist with cycle counts, physical inventories, and audits.
• Investigate and report inventory discrepancies to senior staff.
• Verify inventory movements, receipts, transfers, and shipments.
• Maintain organized inventory documentation and records.
• Follow inventory control procedures and safety guidelines.
• Support warehouse operations and other inventory-related tasks as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.
