Job summary

POOLCORP is seeking an Inventory Specialist in Jacksonville, FL to ensure inventory accuracy and provide customer service support in our sales center and warehouse. You will stock incoming product, handle shipping and receiving, and perform cycle counts daily.

The role includes maintaining the sales center, managing month-end reports, and other duties as assigned, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a comprehensive benefits package. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

• Good organization and time management skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
• Must possess or obtain forklift certification.
• Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.

Responsibilities

• Stock incoming product accurately and timely and complete all related paperwork and reporting.
• Perform shipping and receiving functions (UPS and/or other commercial carriers as well as internal company transfers).
• Perform daily and weekly cycle counts.
• Assist in maintaining appearance of the sales center and warehouse.
• Manage month-end reports including, though not limited to; unavailable, non-stock and warehouse transfer reports.
• Other job duties as assigned.

What to Expect?

Inventory Specialists are responsible for the overall accuracy of the inventory and additional customer service support. On a daily basis our Inventory Specialist:
