Job summary

Quantum Services is seeking an Inventory Associate to support multiple store locations around Baltimore, MD. You will perform inventory counts, stock across sales floor, stockroom, and coolers, and travel to 1-3 locations daily.

The role requires early mornings, daily travel, and reliable transportation. You will drive between job sites and work as part of a small team with a flexible schedule, typically 6 AM start and 36–42 hours weekly.

Inventory Associate

Pay: $21 (paid biweekly)

Location: Hiring within 30 minutes of Baltimore, MD

Travel: Up to ~2-hourradius (one way) from Baltimore, MD

What This Job Is

• Perform inventory counts inside gas stations and convenience stores

• Work as part of a small team and carpool to job sites

Schedule & Travel

• Start time: typically 6 AM(departures may be as early as 3-4 AM depending on store location)
• Full-time: typically 36-42 hours per week
• Monday–Friday (weekends: None)
• End times vary based on workload (typically 1 PM - 6 PM)
• Daily travel required; total work time (travel + in-store) is typically 36-42hours per week
• Travel distance and time vary by day and division

Responsibilities

• Accurately count inventory using a 10-key device
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Submit inventory reports to store managers
• Maintain efficiency and accuracy across multiple locations

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license, active car insurance, and reliable transportation required for travel between job sites and participation in team carpooling (you will be required to drive)
• Ability to pass background check and MVR screening
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for extended periods, bend, and squat
• Physical work includes frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, ladder use, and working in coolers and freezers

Helpful Experience (Not Required)

No prior experience needed – training is provided

• Warehouse, stocking, or inventory work
• Merchandising or retail backroom experience
• Order picking, logistics, operations, or route-based roles
• Food service or customer-facing roles
• Delivery driving or field-based work
• Construction, general labor, or hands-on roles
