Job summary

Van-Marcke-Trade-Supply is seeking an Inventory Assistant at our Corporate Head Quarters in Phoenix, AZ. The role supports the Logistical Operations team with inventory accuracy, availability, and purchasing processes.

You will perform cycle counts, assist with issuing and following up on PO/STO status, and develop vendor KPIs while collaborating with warehouse staff to improve data integrity and reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior purchasing, wholesale, hardware, or plumbing experience preferred.
• Strong ability to use Microsoft Office products.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Ability to work independently or within a team with high motivation and self-direction.
• Ability to interact with all levels of personnel (Phone, Email, Face to Face).
• Must be able to lift 25lbs and perform moderate manual labor.
• Overtime availability as needed.

Job Summary

The Inventory Assistant will work with our growing Logistical Operations Department and report to the Inventory Control Manager. They are responsible for assisting in inventory accuracy, control, availability, products, and purchasing. They will perform inventory counts and work close with warehouse crew to increase inventory accuracy. They will help with issuing, sending, and following up on PO and STO status. Help to develop and analyze Vendor KPIs. Preform all duties related to inventory products, purchasing, inventory and supply chain tracking.
