Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Warmly welcome customers to BDS, model our professional, service-oriented culture, and provide the highest quality service and product knowledge.
  • Inventory Coordination: Lead the team, ensuring compliance with HSE, Quality, Performance, and Growth standards.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Develop an effective support structure in a demanding environment, handle tough situations, and overcome obstacles in a highstress setting.
  • Commitment: Invest time, skill, and capability to assure team success and a healthy business.
  • Continual Improvement: Support and participate in the organization’s Continual Improvement Program to meet API Q1/ISO 9001:2015 requirements by adhering to the Quality Policy and procedures and meeting QMS Objectives.
  • Inspection and Correction: Inspect, identify, and correct flawed equipment in a timely manner based on written procedures, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Paperwork: Accurately and honestly complete and submit daily paperwork (JSA, Safety Docs, FST, FNCR, REQ, Timecards, etc.) within the set timeframe. Report any procedural non-compliance immediately to Supervisor or HR.
  • Labeling: Properly label or stamp equipment.
  • Asset Management: Inventory, maintain, and log all assets, including department tooling, vehicles, and related items.
  • Team Interaction: Communicate effectively with team members, customers, vendors, and the community in both written and verbal forms. Assist other team members in daily activities and tasks approved by management.
  • Job Duties: Perform job duties safely with a goal of 100% accident-free and incident-free performance.
  • Professional Conduct: Represent Bulldog Services LLP professionally, upholding our motto, “Restoring Principles & Integrity One Connection at a Time.”
  • Work Environment: Frequent standing and lifting. Spend 95% of the time in the shop, 3% in the yard, and 2% in the office.
  • Lifting: Lift equipment according to company safety manual guidelines (max 50 lbs).
  • Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts (with certification), overhead cranes, and testing equipment, all in accordance with current training and the Bulldog Services Safety Manual.
  • Dress Code: Wear appropriate clothing that aligns with business standards. Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by BDS in compliance with OSHA regulations.
  • Safety Guidelines: Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety guidelines, both posted and in the BDS safety manual.
  • Hours of Operation: On-Call Schedule: Monday through Sunday, 24/7 during on-call scheduled days. This is a 24-hour on-call tower position.
  • Regular Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, but may extend depending on workload.
