This role ensures efficient material flow, accurate inventory control, timely production scheduling, and effective team leadership.**Principal Responsibilities*** Supervise Scheduling, Inventory, Shipping, Receiving and Compounding departments* Manage shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution of WIP, components, and finished goods* Oversee inventory control activities including cycle counts, variance investigations, and month-end reporting* Ensure raw material availability and manage MRB transactions for regrind material* Maintain organization and cleanliness of WIP racks, component racks, and shipping areas* Review and investigate Inventory Adjustments (IAs) before submission* Act as backup to the Plant Scheduler and support production planning activities* Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the department**Qualifications & Experience*** Completion of High School* College or University in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is preferred* Minimum 5 years of leadership experience within a manufacturing environment* Technical understanding of production planning and inventory systems* Familiarity with ISO 9001, lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and 5S* Proficiency in ERP, MES, and Microsoft Office* Strong leadership, coaching, problem-solving skills and communicate effectively across all levels of the organizationIPEX is committed to providing accommodations for people with disabilities throughout the recruitment process and, upon request, will work with qualified job applicants to provide suitable accommodation in a manner that takes into account the applicant’s accessibility needs due to disability.
