Job summary

Aventure Staffing is seeking a dependable Inventory and Parts Associate for a day shift in Sheldon, IA. You will organize, track, and distribute parts essential to production, with duties including receiving, labeling, stocking, and issuing parts to various teams.

The role requires attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Training is available, and forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, or parts room is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills are required; experience with inventory software is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
  • Willing to train the right person; forklift experience a plus.

Overview

Inventory and Parts Associate — Day shift 6am – 2:30pm, $19/hr. Join a stable, growing manufacturing team where your attention to detail keeps everything running smoothly. We’re looking for a dependable Inventory and Parts Associate to organize, track, and distribute parts critical to production.

Responsibilities
  • Receive, label, and stock incoming parts and supplies
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the company’s system
  • Issue parts and materials to production and maintenance teams as needed
  • Organize the parts room for easy access, cleanliness, and efficiency
  • Assist in preparing large components for motor freight shipments
  • Other duties as assigned
