Job summary

Valeo in Winchester, KY is seeking an Inventory Analyst to manage cycle counting and analysis of inventory gaps. You will participate in internal periodic inventory activities, define counting procedures with Finance, and provide data for accuracy indicators and discrepancies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Supply Chain or production.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and time management skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Must be able to provide guidance to production personnel and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Inventory Cycle Counting.
  • Analyze inventory gaps and discrepancies.
  • Participate in internal periodic inventory execution.
  • Define counting procedures with the Financial department.
  • Provide data for inventory accuracy indicators and discrepancies analysis.
  • Measure inventory accuracy and propose action plans.
  • Follow up and report daily relevant indicators (negative stock, non processed transactions).
  • Define and execute corrective actions to improve inventory accuracy.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
