Guitar Center is seeking an Inventory Analyst to support merchandise planners and store planners in optimizing inventory for eCommerce and Retail. The role focuses on minimizing backorders, maximizing inventory turns, and maintaining service levels.
Responsibilities include tracking late PO deliveries, resolving shortages, reviewing in-transit stock, and performing pre-promo inventory checks across web and catalog promotions. Strong collaboration with vendors is required.
The inventory analyst assists the merchandise planners and store planners in managing inventory to minimize backorders, maximize inventory turns and profitability and achieve established customer service levels for both eCommerce and Retail.
Pay Rate: $25.00- $30.00/ hr depending on background and experience.
