Rexel Group is seeking an Inventory Administrator for an 8 month fixed-term assignment at our Aylesbury Distribution Centre. The role supports smooth warehouse operations, ensures stock data accuracy, and keeps systems up to date so operational teams have the information they need to deliver excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Support the Inventory and Operations teams with day-to-day administration.
• Maintain data within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Assist with stock checks, cycle counts, and stock validation.
• Help with stock transfers and rotation controls.
• Produce reports and support inventory analysis.
• Highlight discrepancies and help drive corrective action.
• Support communication of process changes across the site.
• Assist with WMS training for new and existing colleagues.

We are delighted to announce that we have a 8 month Fixed Term opening within the Inventory Team as aInventory Administrator at ourAylesbury Distribution Centre.

This role will support anyone looking to develop their skills within the warehouse operation and gain an insight to how the inventory team supports the operation and business.

This opening falls within the AM Shift 06:00 - 14:30, across the standard Monday to Friday working week.
