Job summary

PSG, a Dover company, is seeking a detail‑oriented and licensed forklift operator to manage both the physical movement and computer‑based tracking of our inventory. This role balances hands‑on warehouse work with precise data entry on a 2nd shift from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Core responsibilities include material movement, system transactions, inventory control through cycle counts, daily receiving, and training peers as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to execute digital barcode transactions and logging in databases.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and using measuring equipment.
• Must possess a valid forklift license.
• Strong reading, writing, documentation, and basic math skills.
• High attention to detail and precision.
• Ability to pass a proficiency test verifying the above skills.

Responsibilities

• Move physical inventory, load/unload delivery trucks, and consolidate orders for shipment.
• Make system transactions: log transferred, accepted, or rejected materials.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with cycle counts and scales; file scrap reports.
• Oversee receiving activities to ensure inward-bound materials are logged.
• Participate in and lead peer training as required by operations.
