Kelli’s Gifts, a leading family-owned wholesale distributor to over 13,000 gift shops across hospitals, resorts, casinos, pharmacies, and tourist destinations, is seeking a proactive Pick Support Associate to support our order fulfillment operation in Coppell, TX. You will respond quickly to picker callouts, operate a Cherry Picker forklift, and replenish locations while ensuring inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of Cherry Picker (Order Picker) forklift experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory control.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to picker callouts involving empty pick bins or shortages.
• Operate a Cherry Picker forklift to retrieve product and replenish locations.
• Correct inventory discrepancies in both physical and system records.
• Use RF scanners and WMS transactions to complete replenishments and adjustments.
• Record inventory discrepancies for root-cause analysis.
• Perform cycle counts and coordinate with Inventory Control and leadership to improve accuracy.
