Job summary

MetroHealth is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Cardiac Catheterization/EP Lab at MetroHealth Main Campus. The role involves assisting in EP procedures, device implants, and complex cardiology cases, with rotating shifts and weekends.

The position requires Ohio RN licensure, BLS/ACLS, and prior cath lab experience. A sign-on bonus up to $15,000 is available based on experience, with comprehensive benefits and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Ohio.
• Current AHA Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Current ACLS certification or obtained within 6 months of hire.
• PRN requires 1 year of relevant RN experience.
• PRN must possess all required certifications upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist in EP lab procedures including electrophysiology ablations and device implants.
• Support 6–15 cases daily in the Cardiac Catheterization/EP Lab.
• Collaborate with RNs, Cardiovascular Technicians, Radiology Technicians during procedures.
• Maintain patient safety and accurate documentation during shifts.
