Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks an experienced Intune Administrator to lead modern endpoint management initiatives in a highly regulated environment. You will drive design, deployment, and optimization of Intune strategies across Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS, mentoring a 3+ technician team and migrating from SCCM to Intune.

The role requires active DoD Secret clearance, hands-on Intune expertise, and DoD 8140 compliance knowledge.

Qualifications

• Requires active DoD Secret clearance and hands-on Intune administration experience.
• Certifications in modern desktop management and DoD compliance are expected.
• Experience leading migrations from legacy tools to Intune and managing a small team.

Responsibilities

• Advanced configuration and lifecycle management of Intune policies across devices.
• Translate legacy baselines to modern Intune profiles during large migrations.
• Design and troubleshoot enrollment workflows (Windows Autopilot, ADE, zero-touch).
• Automate tasks with scripting and Graph API for packaging and reporting.
• Perform root-cause analysis for enrollment and deployment issues.
• Align Intune configs with Zero Trust in a regulated environment.
• Develop runbooks, documen­tation, and mentor staff on best practices.
• Lead and develop a team of 3+ technicians with performance reviews.
