The Intuit Business Operations team is a high-performing team focused on enterprise-level planning, running the company operating system, evolving KPI frameworks, delivering data and insights through data and AI, and driving transformation projects. The team’s vision is to make Intuit a world-class execution machine through a more activist role, end-to-end planning, and metric-driven rigor in service to accelerated growth and realization of strategy.
We are looking for strong strategic problem-solvers who possess the ability to analyze and connect the dots between multitudes of data, influence how we operate the business through strong partnership, and act with a bias for action to ultimately drive tangible business impact. As a Business Operations Principal, you will work alongside executive leaders to provide thought leadership and drive transformation projects and initiatives. You will also have an opportunity to work across the broader communities (e.g. Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Analytics) to help innovate and drive change in how we operate.
