Nordstrom Distribution Center in Dubuque, IA is hiring for an Introductory Warehouse Associate. Start at $21.60/hour with shift premiums and potential milestone bonuses. Roles include receiving, unloading freight, scanning shipments, and moving merchandise in a climate-controlled environment with an employee discount.

Multiple shifts available: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, and 9:00 PM–5:30 AM; long-term opportunities contingent on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to repetitively bend, reach, stand, walk and lift 50 lb boxes.
• Experience operating a forklift, order picker or other Power Industrial Trucks (PIT) is a plus.
• Ability to drive productivity through efficient use of time and a commitment to strong results.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Commitment to teamwork through relationship building, reliability and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload freight; unpack and deliver newly arrived merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Complete receiving and/or shipping documentation, as required.
• Rotate jobs in different areas.
• Scan, process, and research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes.

Current Available Shifts:

Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM (+shift differential)

Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 PM–5:30 AM (+shift differential)

Pay: Starting Pay: $21.60/hour plus shift premiums

• Milestone Bonus: $750
• $375 after 30 days
• $375 after 90 days

This is an Introductory Warehouse Associate role, with an opportunity to become a permanent team member based on performance and business needs.

What You’ll Do

Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations.
Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$21.60 - $23.35 Hourly
