Bridgeport Hospital, part of Yale New Haven Health, is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. The RN will work within a framework guided by ANA Standards and the YNHHS practice model, promoting autonomy and accountability in daily practice.

Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, coordinating with the care team, and ensuring safe, effective care delivery while adhering to regulatory requirements and SPIRE advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current CT RN license with active licensure.
• BCLS certification required or must obtain within one month of hire.
• Experience with SPIRE clinical advancement program encouraged.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient-centered nursing care per ANA Scope and Standards of Practice.
• Lead collaboration and effective communication within the care team to promote quality practice.
