Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current CT RN license with active licensure.
• BCLS certification required or must obtain within one month of hire.
• Experience with SPIRE clinical advancement program encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care per ANA Scope and Standards of Practice.
• Lead collaboration and effective communication within the care team to promote quality practice.
