NMA Neuromonitoring Associates in Boston, MA, invites a Neurotechnologist to join its ABRET-recognized IOM training program. You will work alongside experienced neurophysiologists in the operating room, providing real-time monitoring to protect neural structures during surgery.

The role requires setting up cases, communicating findings to the surgical team, and completing thorough documentation. Travel to cover cases in other regions is expected; weekend/on-call rotations may apply, with

Competenze

Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences or similar discipline required.
CNIM Certification required.
Clinical competence in intraoperative monitoring.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency with MS Office suite.

Mansioni

Provide day-to-day real-time neurophysiological monitoring during surgical cases.
Set up patients for intraoperative testing and communicate data to interpreting neurologist and surgical team.
Complete each case with required documentation and close out within 24 hours.
Participate in weekend/PM call rotation.
Travel to cover cases in other regions as needed; maintain credentialing requirements.
Participate in team meetings and professional events.
