Job summary

Morrison Foerster is seeking a Product Manager for MoFo Connect (Firm Intranet) to lead intranet improvements and initiatives. You will translate attorney and staff needs into clear requirements, coordinating with IT and content owners to deliver value and reduce friction across the firm’s intranet.

The role requires hands-on SharePoint Online expertise, strong project coordination, and the ability to drive adoption across diverse stakeholders. This is based in multiple U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Business, Communications, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years product management, platform coordination, or digital communications experience.
• Hands-on SharePoint Online knowledge: site administration, page publishing, permissions, governance.
• Experience with Infodash or similar intranet platforms (Valo, Powell, Unily) preferred.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead MoFo Connect projects end-to-end—scoping, requirements, coordination with IT and Infodash vendor, content owner engagement, testing, rollout, and adoption.
• Manage project workstreams and identify improvement opportunities through user feedback and analytics.
• Partner with IT infrastructure and pillar teams to deliver intranet improvements requiring cross-functional input.
• Create roadmaps, business cases, and stakeholder communications for IT leadership.
