Future Snoops, a global creative futures agency, seeks a curious, exceptionally organized Intimates & Swim Analyst to join our growing team. This hybrid, remote-friendly role reports to the Intimates & Swimwear Director and covers Lingerie, Swimwear, Nightwear, Shapewear, and Loungewear.

You will forecast trends across runway to retail, analyse consumer behaviour, write seasonal forecasts and market analyses, source imagery, and help produce reports and boards that help brands stay ahead.

Formación

• Background in Lingerie, Intimates, Swimwear, fashion forecasting or editorial research.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent written communication and visual research skills.
• Interest in forecasting and trend analysis.

Future Snoops is looking for a curious, creative and exceptionally organised Intimates & Swim Analyst to join our growing team.

As we expand our coverage across Lingerie, Swimwear, Nightwear, Shapewear and Loungewear, we're looking for someone with a strong understanding of the industry, a sharp visual eye and a natural instinct for spotting what's coming next. A background in Lingerie would be particularly valuable but not essential.

This is a hybrid role that combines creative research, trend forecasting and writing with the organisation and production that keep our category running. You'll be reporting directly to our Intimates & Swimwear Director, contributing to seasonal forecasts, identifying emerging brands and cultural shifts, and helping bring our reports to life.

What You'll Be Doing

• Trend forecasting: Research emerging trends across runway, retail, social media and wider culture, connecting early signals to future product directions.
• Research & analysis: Explore consumer behaviour, market developments, emerging brands and product innovation to understand what's changing and why.
• Writing & content: Contribute to seasonal forecasts, trend reports, market analysis and reactive industry coverage.
• Visual research: Source and curate imagery, develop research boards and identify emerging patterns across multiple sources.
• Trade show coverage: Attend selected trade shows and industry events, gathering insights and building relationships with brands.
• Report production & organisation: Manage content calendars, coordinate workflows, maintain research libraries and support reports from initial research through to publication.
• Team collaboration: Support our interns, share knowledge and contribute to a creative, collaborative working environment.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is exceptionally organised, proactive and genuinely curious.

Ideally, you'll bring:

• A background or previous experience in Lingerie, Intimates, Swimwear, fashion design, trend forecasting or editorial research.
• A strong understanding of the Intimates market, with an interest in the wider cultural and consumer shifts influencing the industry.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to confidently manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong visual research skills and an instinct for connecting individual signals to wider trends.
• Clear, engaging written communication and an interest in developing your forecasting skills.
• A proactive, collaborative approach, with the confidence to take ownership of recurring responsibilities.

Previous industry experience, including internships, would be beneficial, but we're equally interested in finding someone with the right attitude, curiosity and potential.
