TX Spine and Joint in Houston, TX is seeking an Interventional Pain Management Physician for a full-time, weekday schedule with no call and no weekends. Our physician-led clinic focuses on restoring daily function using interventional procedures, regenerative medicine, and a conservative-first approach in a modern outpatient setting.

The role emphasizes evaluating and managing spine, joint, and musculoskeletal pain and delivering fluoroscopically guided injections, minimally invasive spine

Qualifications

• MD/DO with Texas license required or obtainable.
• Board certification in PM&R, Anesthesiology, or Pain Medicine.
• Fellowship training in interventional pain management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and management of spine, joint, and musculoskeletal pain.
• Fluoroscopically guided interventional procedures (epidural injections, medial branch blocks, RFA, joint injections).
• Minimally invasive spinal treatments.
• Possibly kyphoplasty, intrathecal pain pumps; EMG a plus.
• Regenerative medicine and sports injury therapies.
• Longitudinal, conservative-first pain care with an established patient base.

The Role

• Evaluation and management of spine, joint, and musculoskeletal pain
• Fluoroscopically guided interventional procedures (epidural steroid injections, medial branch blocks, RFA, joint injections)
• Minimally invasive spinal treatments
• Kyphoplasty, Intrathecal Pain Pumps, and EMG are a plus
• Regenerative medicine and sports injury therapies
• Longitudinal, conservative-first pain care with an established, loyal patient base
