Kaiser Permanente / The Permanente Medical Group in San Rafael, CA, is seeking a full-time Physiatrist with Interventional Pain or Spine fellowship to lead interventional care within PMR. Join a team with a patient-focused, growth-oriented department and enjoy a flexible schedule with fluoroscopy days and clinic days.

Ideal candidates are board-certified or eligible in PMR, have fellowship training in Interventional Spine, and are eligible for CA licensure.

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in PMR.
• Fellowship training in Interventional Spine (ACGME not required).
• CA medical license eligibility or licensure in CA is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform interventional spine and pain procedures as part of PMR team.
• Clinic duties: manage 10–12 patients per day on clinic days; fluoro-guided procedures on dedicated days.
• Lead and participate in PMR call coverage for Acute Inpatient Rehab.
• Collaborate with anesthesia and radiology teams for complex interventions.
